Using plugin's administration. In administration you can add and edit forms, as well as set the emails sent after sending the form through webpage. Contact form generates e-mail.

In frontend plugin allows switching between different languages – multi-lingual support.

In backend you can set various values and options, which specifies what can be translated and which languages are used.
