| Chapters are created as single Posts / PressRelease. These posts are selected in Chapters field in their parent post. So if you want to make a post A with chapters 1,2,3, you have to create 4 posts. (A, 1, 2, 3). Than go into A post and set 1, 2, 3 posts in chapters field.
