Social feed
Social feed is a list of latest submitions from chosen social networks usually found on homepage.
The feed currently supports
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Twitter
- YouTube
The settings for the social feed can be found in the Admin panel → Social networks (see image: social_networks_menu.png)
The feeds define accounts or hashtags from which we download the content. Each site can specify the number of entries to download, i.e. 2 from instagram, 1 from twitter, 1 from facebook, 4 from youtube
Cache
The feed uses a 5-10 minute cache, so new entries will not show up immediately
Twitter/Instagram
You can also specify hashtags by which to download the content from Instagram and Twitter
Only URL is filled out - Downloads latest posts from the account
Both URL and hashtag are filled out - Downloads latest posts from the account and filters them by the hashtag

Only hashtag is filled out - Downloads latest posts (from any account on twitter) with specified hashtag There is a small possibility of seeing an entry from own account if the hashtag is used very often

You can only specify either an account or hashtag. If both are specified, hashtag takes precedence
