Article: Featured Video

You can add featured images to an article by default. The following functionality extends this to allow you to also add videos from youtube.

The video is only shown when the visitor is viewing the detail of an article, or if the article is in the main position on the homepage/category page

When you want to use a video instead of an image, you need to follow these steps:

1. Upload an image attachment (The image will be a preview for your video - shown in article listings for example)
2. Edit the attachment and set „External Video URL“ (on the right)
3. Use this attachment as a featured image of an article

This will create a video which will replace the featured image. Note that you should not use the featured image „Fluid“ layout with a video as it might break the page.
